All the garments produced by 63East are carefully checked and dispatched and our aim is to ensure that you get your beautiful purchase as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy (India):

  • We offer exchange only in sizes for all non-discounted items on our website. Exchanges can be done within 2 days of receiving your order. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back (via a trackable shipping service) with a small note of your size requirements, and notify us an email at mail@63east.com within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customised order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard size product.

  • Refunds are not applicable on any order.

  • If you wish to return a piece, please send us a mail within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns have to be delivered (by trackable courier) back to us within 5 days of receiving your order. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • Once the return shipment is received, we will issue a credit note. Credit Notes issued are valid for 3 months only and can be redeemed either directly on our website or at our exhibitions. Please do note that credit notes are not valid after 3 months from date of issue. 

  • Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odour or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.

  • Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Please note by purchasing from 63East, you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    We request you to note that 63East reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.

    Sale Items

    • All sale items and sample sale items are available at their best & final price and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

    Return & Exchange Policy (International)

    • International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. If we have made an error in fulfillment, please notify us on email at mail@63east.com within 3 days of receiving your order, mentioning the issue with your order and attach pictures, if applicable.
