All the garments produced by 63East are carefully checked and dispatched and our aim is to ensure that you get your beautiful purchase as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy (India):

We offer exchange, only for sizes for all non-discounted items on our website. Initiate the return/exchange request by notifying us on email at mail@63east.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon submission of the request, our team will review it, and a return pick-up will be arranged (no charges will be applied).

Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odour or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customised order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard-sized product.

Refunds are not applicable on any order.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note the sizes of products. Please also know that computer monitors and screens are calibrated differently and colours, while they may be close, may not be 100% accurate.

- All sale items and sample sale items are available at their best & final price and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. If we have made an error in fulfilment, please notify us on email at mail@63east.com within 3 days of receiving your order, mentioning the issue with your order and attaching pictures, if applicable.
